RecommendedVery polite and helpful when I first arrived
I was greeted promptly and courteously. Michelle Rodriguez was especially helpful in explaining exactly what was done as well as pointing out certain things I needed to watch while being very understanding of my decisions. I hope I remember to ask for her help in the future; she is a great representative of Honda!

I am a frequent customer for oil changes and tire rotation. The Service Department is excellent! I have never had a bad experience. They are friendly, take time to explain things, and genuinely care about their customers. I sincerely appreciate your attention to customer service!!!
I took my car to Honda because it was blowing hot air out of my vents. They told me that a diagnostic would be free and any work that needed to be done to it, they would call me and let me know how much. That's exactly what they did. I found out I had a couple of parts that were not working properly and that I need a new ones. Brandy did a great job explaining to me exactly what I needed. She put everything into terms that I can understand. I would definitely go back.

Make sure you ask for James Parr, a great friend and a awesome salesman, Royce in finance made paper work enjoyable. Even if they have to go out of State they will get it for you.
