Very terrible company. Made my wife and I wait 6+ hours for documentation that were never asked for until the last minute. Very poor communication. Don't answer phone calls, do not respond to voice mails or e-mail. Terrible company.

Everyone was great. The process was smooth and easy!
From the beginning Hometown Lenders was unprofessional and unorganized. They requested the same documentation multiple times and I would just forward them my previous email which they always responded "oh I must have overlooked it". Then when it came to closing they did not submit the CD in time even though I personally called and reminded them.
