This apartment is very close to the town and quiet, which is suitable for studying. It is also well-equipped with a gym, billiard table and so on. The interior of the apartment is very clean and tidy, and the facilities are relatively new. At the same time, the workers often hold social activities to make new friends. There is a supermarket and a bus stop nearby, which is very convenient. Moreover, there are amazing social venues here.

This is indeed a nice place. The staff were all very friendly and willing to help me. As a resident of ensiut, the kitchen here is quite spacious, equipped with both an oven and a microwave, and the refrigerator is also large enough. When I checked-in, the room was very clean and the view outside the window was very nice. The basement floor has a gym and a large entertainment room that can be used for parties. I’ve been living in this studio for a little while, and it’s been a good experience. The space is nice and functional, with everything I need. It’s well-located, just a short walk to the grocery store and bus stop, and close to the shops. The staff are friendly and helpful whenever needed. Overall, I’m happy with it.

I moved recently to this accommodation from my home country. The staff have been really helpful and supportive. The accommodation is overall well-kept. Although the price in the studio where I am living is high, it is a better option than living in an ensuite at campus for the same price!!. St Leonards House is well located near the Bus Station and supermarkets. The accommodation features a gym and social spaces as added bonuses. However, the gym is small and lacks a lot of equipment, but it is suitable for basic workouts.

Great location and local amenities. Walking distance to the train station, city centre, Lancaster University and Royal Lancaster Hospital. Lots of great takeaway food including halal food and restaurants. On site free access Gym and communal lounge and kitchen. A few maintenance issues, however the maintenance team promptly fixes them on short notice.
