I live in St Lawrence House, Bristol (Homes for Students) and honestly, the management is terrible. Since we moved in at the beginning of September, one lift has been broken and never repaired. On October 22, when the second lift broke, we were told it would take 3–4 weeks to fix. Now, a week later, they’re saying it will take another 4 weeks. So basically, no progress at all.
