The process to get this accomodation was very easy, no issues encountered, reasonable priced for city centre
Great service to guests as well as their residents. Friendly and welcoming staff.
I stayed here academic year 2024/25, the building staff are nice and helpful if you ask them directly for help, however not all of the staff members. There's almost no way to regulate heat in the rooms, the radiators work fine when its cold however when it's warm there's no way to cool down the rooms, even with the window open which leads to a very uncomfortable living experience. As a First year student living at Medici, I can confidently say it’s a fantastic place to stay. Located right in the heart of the city, it offers both convenience and a great atmosphere. Staying at Medici for 1st year of university has been nothing short of excellent. The facilities, location and room have been perfect but most importantly the staff have gone above and beyond in every way possible. From quick replies, sorting issues immediately and helping me anyway they could when I struggled at the beginning of university, they have made the experience perfect. I highly recommend this property to any student looking for an easygoing and safe living space whilst studying at university.
