No 24hr security team meaning that if theres any issues whit your key fob or other things there wont be anyone on site to help leading to a 25£ charge on your behalf this can happen due to their own fault like in my case where due to then not charging the battery on my door i got locked out on a Sunday and had to pay 25£ . Other issues along side like we have a broken cupboard that hasn’t been fixed since the start of the academic year and we almost at the end of first term

I'm a big fan of this place, even when there's faults like a broken microwave or faulty kettle, they're quickly fixed and the issues are responded ASAP! The staff are wonderful, and welcoming, tenants are nice and always open to converse! :) would recommend!
Moved into my shared flat a week ago and have settled in well. All the staff a very friendly and helpful which made moving in much less stressful as well as making you feel welcome with a cheerful atmosphere.
