Fantastic value for money, friendly and helpful staff, lovely owners who are really devoting themselves to improvement since their recent acquisition.
I am having a wonderful experience at Hamwic Hall. The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff are friendly, and everything feels well cared for. I’d happily recommend it to others.
Maintenance has been pretty fast and overall I really like the rooms but I hope we had better elevators. It's pretty dated and difficult when living on upper floors
Staff are so kind and helpful! I've lived in several student accommodations and this has been the quickest to fix maintenance issues. I broke my leg halfway through the year and all the team supported me massively. bathrooms are a little dated, however would definitely recommend.
