I had a really difficult experience at this accommodation. A flatmate used threatening language in our group chat, and I had to report it to the police. What affected me most was how the situation was handled afterwards, I didn’t feel protected or supported, and the response left me feeling even more unsafe. I ended up needing help from my university’s wellbeing service because of the stress.
