I have to say the staff have been so accommodating and supportive. I am delighted that my young person will be safe and secure in their accommodation
Nice, clean and high speed internet
Rooms very expensive for the quality of room. The rooms fall apart and are old. You can hear everything from upstairs walls are paper thin and cant concentrate on work. The kitchen is meant to have equipment that work's has been replaced but the blinds where held up with duck tape. The kettle and microwave broken 2x. Constantly smells of sewerage outside rooms due to pipelines being next to rooms. The sink gargles and spits up water for no reason. Mould in the corners of bathroom. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, there are many social activities and events.The rooms are also quite nice.
