For over a week my daughter's room smells really badly of drains. She spoke to the office and it was supposed to be sorted however over a week later and She called me in tears. Staff keep saying put some drain cleaner down and keep giving her bottles of it for until it's sorted. They said they were getting a plumber out however haven't got the plumber to even look at the toilet or drains. Amazing student accommodation, my daughter's been there 2 years now and is staying on again next year. Staff are really helpful and friendly, there was one incident however this was resolved eventually and everything has been spot in since. Right next to the quay which is lovely and has a really nice feel, especially on Sunny days and evenings.

7 years ago thud happened and I never wrote what happened. Horrendous experience here. Hated every moment of it. Was bullied in my area of living, wished to move and was refused. I was offered a studio to live in and then was told I'd be charged so much more to live in. Asked if I could just swap dorms but again was refused. The residents in my dorm left trash all the time and I was having to take it out so I got my deposit back. Staff unfriendly and bias to the other student who was 4 against 2.
