In my experience with Home Paramount Pest Control theres only 1 thing, (Sandra in store 401), customer service representative. The customer service for this company sucks except for Sandra. I've made numerous appointments with Sandra which fit my schedule and were canceled by someone else without notifying my family of the change after I would sit during the 2 hour window. Every time this happened I would call the main number and asked specifically for Sandra and she would correct the problem even though the damage was done.... read more

I *had* this service for close to 40 years! I had to fight with them to do anything when I had visible termite swarms or active tunnels. I paid faithfully ALL those years. Every year when the renewal came due, they'd send four, five, six bills in advance of the annual inspection. Three years ago I had a major renovation in part of my house, and discovered damage behind a wall...a part where there had been a swarm INSIDE my house several years earlier. I am filing a complaint against Home Paramount for over billing me for a service call on April 13, 2020. The normal fee for completing a service call is $100.80 which includes service on the interior and exterior of my home. Home Paramount only completed the exterior work. The spoke with representatives at 8007677681 on two telephone calls on May 7 and June 10 and clearly told them I would only pay for the work they completed. I would not trust this company to step on a half-dead cockroach. After 39 years as a customer it finally dawned on me what a scam this company perpetrates on its customers. Thirty-nine years of annual pest inspections just to keep up my termite warranty, and what do I get when I really need them? A final shaft. All of a sudden, they're telling me there are powder post beetle holes in one area of the basement. This place is a complete joke. I signed into a contract with Home Paramount Pest Control based on a recommendation. I normally wouldn't sign a contract, if you provide a good service at a reasonable price, you don't need to force customers to stay. I called them out to look at everything and was quoted a price. i had to sign a 1 year contract. on the very first treatment they came out, they drove ants into our house where we had none before. This company came highly recommended from my neighborhood ******** webpage. I called them to come out and give me an estimate for a squirrel getting into my attic. Two gentlemen showed up and were very professional. They told us that we had not only a squirrel problem but a bad infestation of active mice. They took a lot of pictures of our insulation and told us that they mice had burrowed and tunneled in our insulation making nests. Home Paramount's inspector responded to the call for service related to a squirrel in the customer's attic. The inspector took photographs of the affected areas as part of his inspection. Extremely dissatisfied with the services received from Home Paramount Pest Control. The work to be performed was removal of old insulation, repair of damage caused by pests and installation of new insulation in the main attic, pest control and pest exclusion in garage attic, and general pest control. The workmanship and supervision of work was very substandard. I have used Home Paramount since 1990 (annual termite inspection and quarterly pest control) and recently discovered what a disreputable, dishonest and fraudulent entity the Va Bch office is. Jimmy L*** came out June 2019 for the annual termite inspection and informed my tenant that there were roof rats in the attic and that he would follow up with her with what needed to be done and also contact the owner on the recommendations. We have used Home Paramount for years for our Termite Bait Stations. We called them last year because we were seeing rat droppings in our attic. The inspector said this was a big problem in our area and that we needed to have our insulation replaced and barriers installed to keep the rats out of the attic. We paid $5000 + for the attic cleaning and insulation replacement and signed a contract for rat bait traps and pest control. No one came out after the install to do an inspection.
