please do not use this pest control company they are very unprofessional dishonest and lazy they will charge you for services but never complete them. Whenever you call to request that service has not been completed, they will give you the run around by hanging up on you promising to research your complaint but will not call you back. After you keep calling, they will cancel your service and give the reason for cancellation is that you are a bad customer. Only because you wanted them to do your pest control. I recently paid my yearly fee to Paramount which is required before a yearly inspection. Home Paramount contacted me for a date and one was scheduled. I stayed home that whole afternoon and no one showed. I waited a week after, expecting some communication as to why no one came and heard nothing. Previous inspections were always annoying as they were as much a sales pitch for some service (UV lights, etc). 4/14/23 Termite Inspector was scheduled to come to my house between 8 am to 11 am, at 10:45 am I was looking out the window the driver was right in front of my house because he got stopped by the school bus once the school bus moved the drive kept driving on by....I called the office and the CSR said that he could not reach the driver and wanted to re-schedule...I told him that I had already taken the day off and wanted to get my appointment taken care of...he said that he would have a supervisor call me back....as of 2:17 p... read more

Termite inspectors failed to show on three different attempts. I waited for three, three-hour windows. The main customer service line could not reach the inspectors and only offers to reschedule. I asked to cancel and get a refund. They said they could cancel but not provide a refund. I asked what if I can’t take anymore leave for an appointment window, they said an inspection is mandatory. We have been a customer of Home Paramount since 2008, but today is the last day. The organization has slid into disrepair. The management no longer follows through with their contracted agreement. Birds in our rafters and it takes over three weeks for them to return a call. There is no sense of urgency, zero customer care or empathy and even less respect or professionalism. Back in 2008 they were great, in 2023 there are better options to spend your money.

ZERO!!! I was alerted that someone was on my property via my Ring doorbell alert (No he did not ring the bell). There was a young guy walking around my property looking all around, then walking up and down the sidewalk in front of my neighbors' houses. When he came back on my property I asked via the doorbell "who is was, and why he was on the property." Don't even deserve 1 star! They never call about appointments, just show up and supposedly do the service! Well they didn't call about an appt or I would of cancelled since I didn't have the money! Well they came and did service and billed me, I called office and stated I couldn't pay it and I would make payments (as well I wrote them to tell them) I was told that wouldn't be a problem and never said anything about being sent to collections! I have been a customer of Home Paramount for several years. In the beginning their service was great. As time went on, the service started going down hill. The tech wasn't spraying thoroughly and several times had to return to do a repeat spray. However, in the past 2 years their service has become less than acceptable.They started unilaterally scheduling random appointments without our knowledge and would show up with no one being home.
