Termite inspectors failed to show on three different attempts. I waited for three, three-hour windows. The main customer service line could not reach the inspectors and only offers to reschedule. I asked to cancel and get a refund. They said they could cancel but not provide a refund. I asked what if I can’t take anymore leave for an appointment window, they said an inspection is mandatory. We have been a customer of Home Paramount since 2008, but today is the last day. The organization has slid into disrepair. The management no longer follows through with their contracted agreement. Birds in our rafters and it takes over three weeks for them to return a call. There is no sense of urgency, zero customer care or empathy and even less respect or professionalism. Back in 2008 they were great, in 2023 there are better options to spend your money.

ZERO!!! I was alerted that someone was on my property via my Ring doorbell alert (No he did not ring the bell). There was a young guy walking around my property looking all around, then walking up and down the sidewalk in front of my neighbors' houses. When he came back on my property I asked via the doorbell "who is was, and why he was on the property." Don't even deserve 1 star! They never call about appointments, just show up and supposedly do the service! Well they didn't call about an appt or I would of cancelled since I didn't have the money! Well they came and did service and billed me, I called office and stated I couldn't pay it and I would make payments (as well I wrote them to tell them) I was told that wouldn't be a problem and never said anything about being sent to collections! I have been a customer of Home Paramount for several years. In the beginning their service was great. As time went on, the service started going down hill. The tech wasn't spraying thoroughly and several times had to return to do a repeat spray. However, in the past 2 years their service has become less than acceptable.They started unilaterally scheduling random appointments without our knowledge and would show up with no one being home. Called Paramount for a groundhog problem at a rental I own in Farmville VA. The original girl assigned to my case did go out and access the situation telling me they could trap the groundhog and enclose the crawlspace to make sure no other critters could get in. This was at a cost of $1800. She told me they trap until they catch it. Well suddenly she stopped returning my calls and I had to speak with a manager. The customer service at Home Paramount Pest are incredibly bad. The agents are rude and irrational. Roslyn makes you feel like she is giving you a deal at first, but then when you are billed twice in a matter of days, they act as if they don't understand your frustration. As it stands we have signed a 1 yr contract and I can't tell you how happy I will be to never see these crooks again. Home paramount pest control company should not be in business. They do not do a thorough screening for their employees and apparently have some that are dishonest. If they come into your home I would suggest you walk around with them and be certain nothing is removed by sticky fingers. I had an incident and when I called the company they would do nothing about the theft. It was a few days after their employee was in the house so I didn't realize the theft had occurred.
