I tried plenty of mortgage companies and Home Financing Center is far and away the best. They make it easy and they are very competent and friendly people. No reason to look elsewhere.
Same issue for two years in a row. Escrow payments for Insurance paid late and insurance cancelled. Was told it was "ok" because insurance has a grace period and the only reason the insurance agent is calling me is to make sure he gets his commission. How about making your mortgage payments late? I do not pay my accounts in a timely fashion so you can take advantage of the grace period and cause me inconvenience. The bill came in November and you waited until December 28 to process.
