They could apologize when they neglect to pay your homeowners' insurance in a timely fashion, actually answer correspondence, make sure they've mailed your refund check, T&I statement, and Form 1098 to your actual address, provide customers with monthly statements on time, actually acknowledge receipt of proof of insurance. I've been waiting for them to improve for 10 years now.
