Got an early morning appointment to get my Furnace tuned up / checked before winter. Nick the technician called to verify my appointment and let me know when he would arrive. Because of course early morning traffic is terrible around the Twin Cities. Really appreciated him letting me know he was caught in traffic. He arrived at the time he said he would. Nick from Home Energy Center just did my yearly checkup on my furnace, he was awesome to work with and went above and beyond what would be expected to complete the job
Collin came out for a furnace tune up. He called before arriving and was on time when he arrived. Collin was very respectful of our home, wore booties and was very informative. Previous experience with another tech was also very positive.
