We had Nick ***** with Home Energy do a furnace tune up. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain how to get the most out of our furnace and was very polite. Great business!

I have had trouble with my new furnace creaking after it turns off. A rep has come several times to find the source and has done what he thought would work. It still creaks! Guess I'll have to live with it.

Home Energy Center's technician (Nick) was wonderful! He was punctual and thorough in explaining options and discussing them with us.
Very positive experience. Service Tech was very professional and did an excellent job of explaining the issues I was having with my whole home air humidifier. Very thorough, helpful and patient with my lack of technical knowledge of my system.

We had our furnace tuned up by Colin this morning and he was polite, called before he came with a approximate arrival time, introduced himself and shook my hand. He placed boot covers on his feet and promptly went to work. After he was finished he went over every thing he did and any recommendations that need attention and items we may consider in the future.
