Home Energy Center's technician (Nick) was wonderful! He was punctual and thorough in explaining options and discussing them with us.
Very positive experience. Service Tech was very professional and did an excellent job of explaining the issues I was having with my whole home air humidifier. Very thorough, helpful and patient with my lack of technical knowledge of my system.

We had our furnace tuned up by Colin this morning and he was polite, called before he came with a approximate arrival time, introduced himself and shook my hand. He placed boot covers on his feet and promptly went to work. After he was finished he went over every thing he did and any recommendations that need attention and items we may consider in the future.

Got an early morning appointment to get my Furnace tuned up / checked before winter. Nick the technician called to verify my appointment and let me know when he would arrive. Because of course early morning traffic is terrible around the Twin Cities. Really appreciated him letting me know he was caught in traffic. He arrived at the time he said he would.
