Home Energy Center did an excellent job installing my new furnace and A/C. I have no issue with the workmanship, professionalism or the quality of the product so far. That being said, when I signed up for a free, no charge/contract inspection I feel like I was unnecessarily pushed into a more expensive model by the sales consultant. I needed emergency service for my furnace. A technician was dispatched promptly. I very much liked the way that I was notified by the technician when he was on his way. A text message with his photo arrived on my phone. Therefore I knew his face when he rang the doorbell. He was very courteous and explained what he was find wrong with the system. I am well satisfied with my experience.
