I needed emergency service for my furnace. A technician was dispatched promptly. I very much liked the way that I was notified by the technician when he was on his way. A text message with his photo arrived on my phone. Therefore I knew his face when he rang the doorbell. He was very courteous and explained what he was find wrong with the system. I am well satisfied with my experience.

I have had trouble with my new furnace creaking after it turns off. A rep has come several times to find the source and has done what he thought would work. It still creaks! Guess I'll have to live with it.
