Home Energy Center was a great company to work with from sale to installation. Everyone was very professional and helpful when I had questions. Everything was explained to me about my new furnace and ac and the best ways to maintain them.

We recently had a new AC and furnace installed by Home Energy Center and the installers were very professional from beginning to end. They showed up at the scheduled time, explained the process (removal and disposal of the old equipment, installation of new, features of the new thermostat, humidifier, etc.), and checked in periodically to let me know how things were progressing. I have to say I was very impressed with the team. We did not feel rushed into a decision to chose the company and when we did, we got a quick date for installation of our furnace, air conditioner and water heater. The crew was here right when when said they would be, finished in less than 2 days and cleaned up. They explained any questions we had.

The workers arrived on time, we're very friendly and polite (and tried to make friends with our dog). They did great work and cleaned up everything each afternoon before they left, leaving no evidence they were there. The furnace install went smoothly (from my point of view) and the unit works beautifully. It's kind of amazing the difference in technology over a matter of 15-20 years! I would definitely recommend Home Energy Center to anyone with HVAC service needs.
