Excellent and friendly service both with the air conditioner installation of our newest unit and with a problem we had with an existing unit now in its third year of usage. The problem was explained, accurately diagnosed, and most importantly, correctly fixed in the first attempt. Our technician and the company has met or exceeded our highest expectations for knowledge, service, and availability.
