I’ve had great experiences with Home Energy Center. They installed my furnace air conditioner and a mini-split. I have also used them for service. They are prompt, polite and do great work!

I had a great experience! From getting a quote, finding the right units for my house, and the installation was quick and flawless. They installed a new furnace, AC unit, and smart thermostat. They walked me through all the ins and outs of the new system. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up, working correctly, and even replaced and secured tubing from condensation pump. Would highly recommend.

From the beginning. I called Home Depot for a quote. I did not expect a salesman to come. And it became clear during the time he was in my home that he was there to lock in a sale. He commented about my son and if he was my boyfriend. Asked me how long I’ve been on my own, commented on my relationship status, tried to show me his binder on the work he did and his process knowing that I don’t know the part numbers he referred to. Had a ductless mini-split heat-pump installed in my home in January. The process was smooth, the price was very fair compared to everything else I looked into, and the installer (Brad) was not only a super nice gu, but incredibly knowledgeable about the project and very willing to answer all of my questions and explained everything very well. I didn't want to do this, but it seems like it's just about pulling in money there and no one seems to care about how they completed $20K+ job. My issues first started with the sale - I felt pressured. I really should have said "No," but when I was told that it would affect them/their family, that made me realize that I had no choice but to go forward with it. Home Energy Center's team did a great job installing my new AC system, they were quick and professional and kept their cool during a 94 degree rooftop install! They sent a 4 person team and slayed the dragon just in time! I have been enjoying the cold air immensely! Big thanks to Bob and his team! :-)

Good scheduling, communication and customer services. The technician was very professional and friendly. During a routine tune up, he diagnosed and fixed a problem that could have been very problematic and costly in the future.

Love this company! Professional and friendly! They send a text or email and let you know they are coming, with a picture of the worker. They have put in a furnace, central air, hot water heater and an air exchanger. Also clean up after.
