Excellent service-The wait was not long either.
All went well. Excellent service and dental care. Veronica does a great job cleaning my teeth. Rick removed the amalgam carefully and began work on my new crowns.
I recently moved from North Carolina to this area and found out that even to get an appointment at the dentist was hard due to bad costumer service a lot of places provide (dental expressions at the intersection of Pines & University Dr. to mention one), until I was able to get in contact with The Dental Group at Pembroke Pines and it has been nothing but a Positive and relaxing experience. Best experience ever getting dental surgery, no pain, confident and attentive staff and an excellent surgeon. This is my second experience with doctor Fien and can't say enough about how great he is.
I was very pleased with my appt. scheduled for cleaning. The dental hygenist and the 8he staff were vere nice.

Claudia was great! It was my first time leaving a dentist office NOT in excrutiating pain from the hygenist..Claudia was very good and personable... Highly recommended.Jessica at the front dest was very nice and very knowlegable. She made me very comfortable and was able to answer all of my questions!
I was hesistant to have my teeth cleaned because of my neck issues. Veronica was able to protect my neck so that she was able to clean my teeth while keeping my neck in place and thus I had no pain or difficulty when she was through. A good visit. I'll be back to see Rick with my retainer.
