dr. mars and valarie are a great team. they just removed a crown that has been in for over 20 years. it was a nightmare that sent me to the emergency room when it was first done and this time i had lunch within an hour of leaving the office and like the 2 that were done a couple weeks ago, no pain or sensitivity at all.
I really appreciate the professionalism and courtesy of my dentist Ari Socher. The office manager Jessica Machado, was very nice while explaining the payment process to me. I have a feeling that my family and I will be using this dental team for years to come.
after a very traumatic crown prep over 20 years ago that resulted in a late night trip to the emergency room i hav just had dr mars and valerie complete 2 temporary crowns and preps and a filling in one visit with claudia finishing the cement work and my deep cleaning before i left! no one complained about staying late and best of all i didn't leave feeling like a bomb had gone off in my mouth. i was actually able to eat dinner that night. dr marsmight just change my feelings about dentist. 2 more visits to go!
sometimes I do have to wait over 20 min past my appt. time so thats the only reason I do not give it a 5 star.
They went the "extra mile" to make sure a problem situation was settled. Jessica's call made all the difference. Dr. Modesto and Claudia (dental hygienist) are exceptional.
SHOCKING! to be treated so well. my schedule was taken into consideration when i initially made the appointment, no take it or leave it attitude. i was seen promptly with respect and professionalism form everyone i encuontered. the office is state of the art, bright, clean and friendly. i was appalled to learn i needed so much work, especially since it had only been about 8 mths since i saw my previous dentist! everything i needed was explained and shown to me in a manner i easily understood, with fullcolor digital pictures ... read more
