Get an Emergency Room Doctor that cares about his pt. and instead of worrying about the FDA. The Emergency room doctor should know the difference between a drug seeker and someone who is truly in pain. I hope to God I never have to go there again. The Nursing staff is fantastic !!! ER Doc, SUCKS !!!!!

This hospital is the absolute WORST. The nurses don't care about the patients. After suffering a stroke and having to use the bathroom and called twice for someone to come and help. Nobody responded for 45 mins. This is wrong on so many levels.
I’ve been in the waiting room for over an hour in the emergency room. People after me have already been in a room . I have two possible broken toes. Dried blood all over my toes and a crying baby in arms. Still no room no help with pain. I’ve only had an X-ray. No one has let me update my insurance information nothing . Don’t come here in a hurry and forget your insurance info Because they will treat you like trash.

My wife was suffering extreme reactions to possible food poisoning. The staff was efficient and caring. She was quickly put on an IV. The physician was knowledgable and reassuring. I was glad that we had such a good facility in Germantown.
