holy cross is a great hospital .the staff is very nice and friendly and they treat u decently. my sister Pauline spent some of her last days on this earth there . They let me stay the whole night laughing and telling jokes we had a great time !!##@1�������������

Had a seizure which I didn’t realize, the emergency room treated me politely. I apparently had another one and was admitted. They knew how to treat me professionally, how to draw blood and IV me. I was exhausted. I would recommend the ER.
I came at holy Cross Germantown on July 25th 2019, around 11pm until 4pm July 26, 2019. I was tired to wait 5 hours without any care, at the reception’s room and I went back to my house.
They were very slow, had issues getting the meds correct, and the place felt like it was going to open in a few months instead of having been open for as long as it has. No one seemed to know what was going on or where to find it out. They seemed like they had never had a patient before and we were in the ER.
So my husband and I just had his follow up with his surgeon. His Doctor told him he’s the reason why he does what he does. He told him the mortality rate for someone who had his infection is 100% Both of his lungs were infiltrated... the MD says EVEN when people “pull through” they are usually on dialysis, had a stroke, are on a feeding tube or brain damaged. At one point his oxygen levels were in the 40’s. My husbands surgery was ONE MONTH AGO! His chest X-ray and MRI are good and he’s cleared to go back to work tomorrow!!!... read more
