I do not even think it is possible. "Conversacions" go on dead ears. Everyone bureaucrat wants to have a feel good story, yet they all keep dropping the ball!. Received a call from Patient Advocate between 10:30 - 11:00 AM to arrange for home oxigen. It is now 18:00 hours, and just heard from RN Silas who according to oxigen delivery person "I may get 02 between 06:30 - 07:00 PM". EIGHT HOURS SIMPLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!! RecommendedExcellent hospital. Every single person you encounter is friendly and helpful. The doctors & nurses are top notch and explain everything well. Hospital is beautiful and the cleanest I’ve ever seen.
I would NEVER recommend this hospital! The front desk receptionists at the ER are extremely rude! I left the place crying! Then I had to call the next day with some questions, just to be transferred a thousand times and then the last person just hung up on me! These people should give up their jobs and open space for someone that really needs them and are willing to work with humans! Incredibly disappointed! I hope the hospital administration are able to take care of these problems soon!
Great customer service ! very profesional staff
I will NEVER recommend it, I realize the impact of COVID-19. But hospitals around the country are making exceptions. My mother is 89 with Dementia and can not always speak for herself. She needs my brother or myself to sit with her and we are not allowed. She’s very sick with a blood infection. Test negative for COVID-19. I give you an F-!!! I will not recommend this Hospital to anyone in my circle.

DO NOT GO TO HCH GERMANTOWN IF YOU ARE NEEDING TREATMENT FOR COVID19! They dismissed my husband and he ended up later in the ICU (at Shady Grove). They dismissed a friend who had trouble breathing and she was admitted to the ICU at another hospital!!! I have no confidence in this hospital!!!!
I was treated for a broken wrist and arm and the staff and physicians could not have been more efficient and professional.
