few days ago my mom had a infection on her left side hurt her kidney they not let her to stay in the hospital they really have a really bad service I recommend people to go to Shady Grove Hospital they treat their customers right

Great care and patient services
I was hoping to get lunch. Something from the grill. They are supposed to open at 11:30. Second day in a row I’ve had problems. I resigned myself to the fact I was going to have pizza as I was told by the grill cook that they weren’t set up and I probably shouldn’t wait. BUT, Constance saw me. She must have seen the look on my face. I’ve eaten snacks for 2 days while my hubby was in the hospital. I just wanted a simple meal. Service was great .. staff was caring
Worst emergency room visit ever. Should have been admitted, but instead the doctor was not worried about my health at all. Sent me home at 2am. Had to go to another hospital a couple days later just to get help from someone useful. Huge bill for making me more sick essentially.
Holy Cross Germantown Hospital is the best👍. My stay was awesome, the nurses are the best, always available when you call. The nurses give you maximum attention, they explain things to you the best way anyone can understand. Parking is also free.
