Excellent staff; caring professionals
RecommendedExcellent. Fast service. Friendly and courteous staff. Holy Cross Emergency room is not the traditional ER. I had a totally different experience there.

Excellent service. Fast attention. Last year I took my teenager daughter to the Emergency room with symptoms of respiratory failure and we have excellent service with prompted attention.

Sitting with my dad waiting for stitches for over an hour with the wound bleeding and all they can do is give an ice pack and say that the wait could be up to five hours. Sick patients are leaving as they can't be seen. Front desk person who checked us in wsd nice, but the replacement was rude and condescending. No timeline on when care will be given. Should have gone to Shady Grove ER. Last time I needed stitches it took less than an hour there.
