The staff was kind and lighthearted which made my stay in the ER much easier considering I was in tears from a ruptured disc. Laughter is the best medicine and they definitely made me smile.
Made an appointment a week ago for pre-op type and screen and NARES culture, and Claire wasn't working yesterday when I was scheduled to meet with her. None of the employees knew any of the names of the co-workers they were working side by side with. Very unorganized. Kinda scared to think I will be under their care in two weeks. Prolly just a bad day all around and I'm a little nervous...
Staff are super friendly. Clean facility. Doctors are courteous with great bedside manner.
Went for surgery. Beautiful new hospital and great surgery team!
