My mom was brought in by ambulance on 1/18.. the Dr said she had upper respiratory infection and we informed them 2 kids in the house had flu and strep. They tested her for flu on 1/18 And 1/19 BOTH TIMES NEGATIVE.. gave nothing for the respitory infection.. my mom even asked about an antibiotic. She gets released with medication to treat flu on 1/19.... here were are 5 days later and she's worse off then she left holy cross. Now she's being admitted to shady grove for pneumonia.. Had she actually been treated for the infect... read more
Thank you for making our visit a pleasant and quick one. We appreciate the time and care given to our little one. Being a parent and seeing your son have trouble breathing can be scary. Every single person we came in contact with this morning was so reassuring. Thank you!!!!
Unfortunately I can not give neg star rating...this has to be worst place if you have questions about your bill, want to pay your, or speak to a live person....I even emailed them at billing with NO response...left messages.....unexceptable.....they should have enough staff to handle the business. After months of trying on my days off...today I finally was able to talk to someone after holding for over an hour! No one has that kind of spare time to waste!
