I recently had knee replacement surgery at Holy Cross. I must say that this was the best hospital stays I have experienced. Such kind, competent and responsive staff members!! And the food was really good!

Worst hospital ever. The morning after surgery I woke up and saw no one for some time. I sat up and the tie on my gown was open. I was not able to retie so the gown fell to my waist so I tied the waist, rang for help and sat on the bed with my back to the open door. Twenty minutes went by and a male nurse showed up and fussed at me for sitting nude and exposing myself which was not possible. That set the tone.
