Been sitting in ER for 2.5 hours for severed vain or artery. They are saying decade within our right to go someplace else if we dont want to wait. WHAT!!!!!
If you have a choice go to Shady Grove Adventist where patient care and staff is excellent
The worst hospital, this week I took my 7 month old baby to the emergency room and I can not believe we waited more than two hours to have my baby checked. and what do you think happened? After more than two hours of waiting in the room the doctor never came to check my baby. Holy Cross in Germantown is what every hospital, Dr's office should be like - I have unfortunately been in several hospitals over my lifetime and my stay at Holy Cross in Germantown was the first time ever I felt respected, heard, and truly cared for by everyone involved. Excellent doctors, nurses and staff who genuinely CARE.
The Staff was amazing. I was so nervous checking for a bilateral knee replacement and the entire staff made me so comfortable and put my worries at ease!!
Staff did an amazing job finding out what was going on they admit me in the hospital and did a very good job on getting me back to myself
I went hospital from emergency room has first time here. I’m deaf communication from video relay interpreted that clear. I have easy communication from best help interpreters has American Sign Language.
If you want to try how long you can handle your pain you have to come holy gross because they always let you wait wait wait from ER, and wait wait wait when you are in the room...because it’s your pain not their pain.
