Beautiful care by super nurses and compassion during crisis
I've been seating in an almost empty waiting area for 4 hours.... and counting. I checked with the reception to see how much longer I have to wait, the nurse came from the back with an attitude, saying that she didn't how how long and added, "it is what it is" and that I had to stay it, if I left and come back, I would have to start to wait from the beginning again. No sympathy for patients in pain.
My experience with the new Holy Cross Hospital was a great one I went to see the doctors at the orthopedic department they were so kind and knew what I had and new how to treat it thank you dr. Cook
I had my son at this hospital in December and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The staff and the nurses were so friendly and comforting! The anesthesiologist who gave me my epidural was amazing!!! Everyone was just so nice. The hospital itself is very nice as well! Since it's small it wasn't bustling with a bunch of people and the atmosphere was very relaxed! I would recommend this hospital to all of my friends who are expecting and I would go there again if I ever have another child.
Guess I should have read the reviews before going to this terrible hospital! I have not been to a medical facility where the staff has cared less about their patients and are so unhappy to be there. Please, please, choose another hospital.
