Absolutely love this Hospital Great staff at the Maternity division, great doctors and Nurses!!!
The ER staff should be retrained or replaced! Loved the free parking though
HCG is a very welcome addition to Upper Montgomery County! Their staff members are exceptional from the moment you walk in the door :)
Well it nice to know we can get treaded just as lousy here as we can at Shady Grove. A terrible ER disappointment. I am sure your nurses are stressed keep in mind we are just as stressed. There is no need to treat anyone like garbage. State of the art facility with filtered water, same old trash nasty people. So disappointed
If you want your loved ones to be taken care of in a timely and efficient manner, DON'T come here! Follow through is sorely lacking. Everybody is dragging. Kaiser urgent care is quick and efficient. Maybe you should collaborate with them on how to run a medical building and staff.
Really tempted to give the extra star but I strongly believe theres always room for growth. I am pleased to be a member of this team of awesome Nurses and doctors. You guys shine the brightest everyday despite all the challenges....I LOVE my team... we only get better everyday... ive never met a baby that ran before they crawled or walked. So heads up cause we are AWEEEESOMEEEE..

Worst hospital experience of my life. I was brought in by EMS and spent 27+ hours in the ER. Told I was being admitted but there were no beds available. When my family member asked, he was told that there were three or four people ahead of me to get a room, and at least one had been waiting for 42+ hours. I asked for water during the day, it never came. Twelve or more of us, plus visitors, using one bathroom, including a woman with confirmed flu and pneumonia.
