Great hospital and staff, but they really need a coffee machine!
Everyone working from the volunteers to the doctors were great! Very informative and professional. Took great care of my son in the ER
The wait time was awful - 2.5 hours just to get into an ER room and this was at 11:30 on a Monday morning. However, the staff was very polite, professional, and apologetic, which is the reason I gave three stars.
So far I've been here for almost 2 hours and have not been seen yet! I have to go pick up my kids from school and then come back?! Maybe Shady Grove Hospital in Germantown will move faster than this!

The worst !!!! I'll never go there again , long wait time no communication and the nurses are very bad attitude!!! My daughter is a nurse and I know she would never treat anyone like the nurses did there !!!!! VERY BAD EXPERIENCE
