My visit was brief. In the early morning I went to the OR. The nurses and doctor were very nice, helpful and efficient. The ER was fairly empty, which was very lucky, so the atmosphere was very relaxed. The main negative was the check0in desk staff. The ladies were obviously tired, so the general rude and unfriendly attitude could have been attributed to that.
I went to Holy Cross early this morning with an intractable migraine. There was no wait and the staff quickly developed a treatment plan that produced results in less than an hour (after 72 hours of no relief!). They were so polite and helpful and even made sure that I had an aftercare plan in case the migraine came back. I would recommend their services to anyone. I've had chronic migraines for nearly a decade and this is one of the most productive and positive experiences I've had trying to treat them. Thank you!
When we walked in the receptionist ignored us. We literally had to look around on the desk and found the paper we had to fill out and give her. Then upon handing it to her, she rolled her eyes and muttered, as though she didn't want to be bothered. There were 5 people ahead of us in the waiting room and we are still waiting to be seen after what is now going on 3 hours. Terrible. It took five hours for me to get helped with chest pains. There were a lot of ambulance emergencies. However, hours went by without any help.
