I've been to Shady Grove ER multiple time with my kids and have had nothing but great experiences. The first time at Holy Cross and it was horrible. Staff treat you as if you're an inconvenience with no sense of urgency at all. Very arrogant as well. Will never voluntarily come back here.
Excellent hospital staff. This last time, it was my wife who was hospitalized not me. My last time at G.T. Holy Cross was not good at all. After I was admired, I had to leave against medical advise after seeing ticks and other bugs in the bed, and I have pictures and a video of it. I was very ill, I drove myself to Montgomery General Hospital.
I just had surgery there yesterday, the doctor is great, my only frustrating and disrespected and Race issue experience was with a person by the name Julie from the registration office. Even though i pre-registered on line as i was instructed by my Doctor, this lady from the Hospital called me the day before my surgery and started asking me my personal information , she stated some questions were going to be sensitive, when she asked me half of the questions i mention to h...Continue Reading
Horrible level of care. My mother in law has been at Washington hospital center...suburban...my husband has been at GW and Sibley and Holy Cross Silver Spring...my son has been at children's in DC and we have never experienced such horrific care as we have experienced at this hospital.
I witnessed negligence and I will not be returning there again . This was my very first and my very last visit.
