This is a review for the upstairs, after being admitted They could not get my med regime from home right, causing further unecessary (yet not a medical emerengcy) issues. Pharmacy and doc to doc my meds were changed causing a decline in my condition that noone noticed until night nurse. Who tried to remedy the situation, but was unable to because the doctors dont communicate with each other. I recently went here because my son fell and hit his hip on the stairs of the movie theater. We got there and there were several people ahead of us. I knew it was going to be a wait but not to the extreme of 5-6 hours!!!! I don't know how many people were working the radiology department but it seemed like the poor guy was working alone... the process between the X-ray and having the doctor view it was too long! We didn't get out of there until 3:20 AM!!! The staff were nice, when we did see them, just the process was no goo... read more
Nobody likes to go to the ER, and I wish nobody has to. I had the need today. From check in to discharge, the staff were amazing. I can't say enough good things.....
FYI, we got an X-ray from a capable specialist doctor at another facility and found that he has a compression fracture ON L1 AND L1 ON BACK from his fall! Goes to show you that you should listen and care more for your patients. "Your ways " of seeing if anything is wrong without xrays in diagnosing him were dead wrong! I asked for X-rays to make sure but was denied. Thanks for nothing!
