Worst experience of my life. Over a 2 hour wait in the ER and the triage nurse mixed up my paperwork with someone else. The doctor and nurse went off on me and refused to set up an action plan for me. Doctor looked at me and said I'll get your papers. They were a waste of my time and money. I'll be calling tomorrow demanding a full refund and giving more details of my experience. I was hysterical and left in tears. No stranger has ever made me cry that hard, especially not a nurse and doctor staff.
Worst ER! We've been waiting from 7:30pm to now at 10:22pm and still waiting! How is this even possible? Ive never been to emergency where u have to wait this long! Some patients even walked out! And the receptionist kept saying we are next, and then they call other patient who got here way after we did! If its not emergency we will not be here dont these people get it? Such a disappointment! Suburban Hospital is way better!
From my admission in the ED to my release home, the staff here were amazing. Very caring and compassionate. The hospital is very clean everyone bends over backwards to be accommodating. The only improvement I would make is the food. Ordering couldn't have been easier, but it lacked originality and flavor. But then when does anyone actually like hospital food? :-)
Excellent. Took care of him right away They really did a good job of taking care of my son. I am happy with the dr and the nurses.
