We visited the ER in lieu of Shady Grove and they were very disorganized. I don't know if it's because they are new but a hospital ER should function more properly. Its one thing to be busy but its another thing to push a patient out just to get a free bed, sending a patient out without proper treatment. You know its bad when you had to visit another ER later the same day for the same symptoms. Worst hospital in the area, 5 hour wait and the Dr never came. We walked out.
Best care ever! My mother was admitted through the ER and spent 4 days in the hospital. From the moment we walked into the ER to her discharge, she received exemplary care. Every doctor, nurse and technician truly cared about her health and well-being. It is so comforting to know that we have such a phenomenal facility located so close to home. THANK YOU!!!
I am in the ER now and there seemes not to be any other patients anywhere. However I have counted 11 nurses that spent more than 5 minutes sitting and chatting at the desk. I've been here nearly 2 hours and no one has seen me. If I dont post anything else I died and never got seen. I makes me so mad to see so many nurses with nothing to do and not one will check on me.
I had a family member in a car accident tonight whom was transported by ambulance and service was ridiculous. took for ever to get him regestered in the emergency room. The nurse was not sure to what room he was going too. Once he was in a room waited for 4 hrs to get an X ray and a ct scan. While waiting in the room, heard the nurses discussing other patient problems and complaining about the patient. Really very unprofessional. Very disapointed. Poor service. Limited staff; extremely ridiculous wait time. Grade F.
My sis and i had 8 hours in emergencies and only the nurse come two times to my sis gave him small attacks there and vomiting and had to go tell them i was the worst i do not return to the hospital...bad service
