We had the most excellent experience at Holts Gems. It was difficult finding a jewellery company that was openly LGBTQ+ friendly, and we were delighted to find this company and their wonderful team. We had a wonderful experience with Holts Gems choosing and purchasing my fiancé's engagement ring. Amy was lovely from start to finish, showing us several different options based on our preferences, and worked really hard getting the custom made ring ready to collect even before the advised timescale, as we really wanted to get it before a pre-planned family get-together! Alicja from Holts has done a phenomenal job for my wife’s engagement ring. We had a difficult custom need with soft gems and rocks that are not easy to work with. We didn’t want diamonds as we collected our own stones on our travels. They were vulcanic, marble, sandstone and coral rock. I couldn’t have found a better jeweler. Hatton Gardens is full of diamond only sellers who have no skill in arts and crafts, but Holts is different. They know what they do. If you want to be different with your designs, go to them.
