I purchased an engagement ring from Holt Gems. From initial contact, it was a highly professional service. They called me prior to my first appointment to understand my wants so they had just what I wanted when I turned up for the appointment. The most impressive thing was that they guessed the size of my fiancé's finger perfectly from a picture despite me not having any idea of the size. Would recommend and I will be getting my wedding bands from Holt Gems as well.

Five stars just isn't enough for Holts Gems! We first came to them for an engagement ring in January, and were so impressed that we returned for our wedding rings. The experience was just as wonderful the second time around. The team is fantastic—every single person we interacted with was so friendly, helpful, and genuinely a pleasure to work with. Marvellous service from Holts Gems where there is clear pride in the service they provide! May & Amy were so supportive during the process of designing my engagement ring. Even upon collection, when something wasn’t quite right, it was picked up on and was rectified immediately and we left reassured. We very much look forward to returning in the near future to design our wedding bands!
