Had a pedicure done today , outstanding service , finished to a high standard and the very friendly owner and staff were welcoming. I Would highly recommend
I have been using this service for many years, but after today’s experience I am completely disgusted with how I was treated. I had 1 hour and 15 minutes available and asked if they could do a manicure and pedicure. I was told no, but agreed to just have my hands done as there was no one else in the shop at the time. After being a customer for over a year, I had infills and gel last week (Monday 10th feb 2025) , only to have my cuticles over filed (not sure what to call it) woke the next day with 4 of my nails extremely sore (see image) and now receiving medical treatment. Needless to say I won’t be back. This was done by the lady in charge ( the owner) really disappointed. So me and my sister in law walked and they were nice at first and then when we sat down we were waiting ages for them to start and then when they started they kept leaving us half way through our nails and then the owner kept pulling my hands really hard towards her and then she said to my sister in law that he nails were to long when they weren’t and then she said that my sister in law does nothing and they were being very rude and aggressive and the owner grabbed my phone and threw it along the table but I still Carried on... read more
