I’ve always had my nails done here, the lady and gent usually running the business are understanding polite and professional. Today I have had the worst experience - I called in to check if they had availability to be told it’s “not busy” and I can come. They started my nails and then had me sat there looking into space for almost half an hour. It was only until I asked if my turn was approaching the lady came with no apology. Had a builder gel mani and a pedi done by Tina today. Her attention to detail was immaculate. I am so happy with my nails and feel so much more confident now.

On July 4 I went to get my nails done for my prom. I wanted ombre nails and I showed the lady and she said they were too expensive for me. Instead they gave me a base black nail with blue glitter which was £35 when we called to ask about the ombre we were told it was £45 They were dead rude to us! Please do not go here!

If your thinking of going to Hollywood nails UK for a special occasion DONT they are very very rude and disrespectful took my grandaughter 4th July for her prom by the time we got home she had bitten them off saying this isn't what I asked for I was fuming I paid £35 waste of good money will never go there again my other grandaughters and my daughter won't be going there again

Never had any issues with any off the staff here. Always had my nails done with no problems. This is my regular nail salon
