Appalled by the service on Monday, came on my lunch (hour) waited my turn to have gel nails, old gels was removed then I was asked if 'I was OK for 1 minute' assuming the owner was nipping for a drink or to use the toilet I said yes, she took another customer who came in after I had over to the pedicure spa area and started working on her nails!
