I’m giving an extra star because the staff were lovely and the shop is very clean. I also left the shop happy with the overall finish of my nails, the tips varied from nail to nail but it was only slightly. However the next day the tips started to peel off. I paid extra for gel (as you do with French tips), it hasn’t even been a week and they are not in good shape. I took my daughter to get to get her nails done and we showed her 2 pictures she said they would both be £35 she showed her the ones she picked and they rushed the nails and didn’t do the design on all nails she missed 3 nails on each hand out then also a day later her little finger nail came off they looked terrible I took her back and the lady said there was nothing wrong with them she said she would fix the little nail and do the designs on the other nails Once finished my daughter came out so upset she burst into tears W... read more

easy walk in but went in for a simple nail change and after 2-3 days the gel on my acrylics started to peel. had to return to get them re done free of charge but the paint job was bumpy and the nails weren’t shaped to a nice standard.

I went in today for a little bit of detail on the nails, I got a gel manicure, I went in the first it was good, all fine then they changed people and started on the detail, now on my nail there are thick bits and thin bits, she was rushing and missed the white dots in the inspo pic
