I came by appointment and ended up sitting for 30 minutes waiting for them to ruin my nails. I paid 36 pounds for an absolute disgrace and thick, ridiculous stumps. Rude attitude towards customers, they work on a stream and do not worry about reviews. I am leaving my comment for those who do not want to ruin their mood for the whole day. I had to go to redo my manicure in another salon. Disgusting
Popped in at 09:15 today to ask for an appointment for my niece who is 8 for a basic nail polish manicure. She was very excited, we were told to come back for 10:30. We returned at 10:30 and waited nearly 40 minutes before walking out. My niece was very upset. Not acceptable to treat anyone with an appointment this way, let alone an 8 year old. Poor customer service.
