The customer service didn't exist - they fob you off, obfuscate, and drag their heels - this is true across all sites I've spoken with. Close Clixifix to homeowners so issues can't be reported. They have now gone into Administration, a testament to their abject apathetic approach to customer care. Their directors should be struck off.

Only 27 houses sold in 2 years since this development started….big house with tiny gardens, not worth half a million which is what some are nearly priced at. No affordable housing on the development.

Sadly, my friends (both very active but in their 70s) moved into their new house last Friday and during the night they had a flood when a pipe burst under the sink - they heard the noise and in the middle of the night managed to shut off the water - the whole of the ground floor being flooded with a couple of inches of water. Their new carpet was ruined, electrics fused and fingers crossed that the wooden flooring will not begin lifting in a few weeks/ months time.
