I had one of the worst shopping experiences with Hollins and Hollinshead. My parcel arrived tampered with, and key contents were missing. I immediately reached out to customer service, expecting a professional resolution, but instead, I was met with nothing but poor communication, excuses, and delays working with Royal Mail. They pretend to be investigating the issue, acting as if they are working on my claim, but in reality, they are just stalling and lying to avoid issuing a refund. Really impressed with their online service. John Lewis had let me down with an 18th Birthday present and when I found the same item (cheaper) I was thrilled, but slightly worried as it wasn't a well known company. Worry not, the watch was perfect and the delivery on time. Well packaged too. Thank you.

I have never in my life been handed my jewellery fixed like I cannot even see where its fixed. Rope chain tough too.. came to the pub, mad said its alright. Yeah hugged her, made my year..jus how many would walk in there n say its okay. Don't worry. Ya got me number love give me a call.. lol. What a service.. rope done in just under or over 2 hours, complicated work. Bought a belcher too, and something for my lad. Definitely come from cheadle staffs to buy jewellery from here. All day long. Thanks again ma love....🙏💜🙏
