I love Marie’s class. A mix of Barre and Pilates. Each class is different and provides a great workout. The class is friendly and Marie will adapt the exercises where needed so you always workout in the way that supports your body.

I have received several virtual healing sessions from Marie and I’ve loved every single one of them. During each session I’ve felt extremely relaxed and could feel areas of tension move from my body. After the sessions I have always come away feeling much lighter - both emotionally and physically. The main benefit for me has been to establish a greater connection to the deeper part of myself that knows who I am.
