Everything was "out of order." We came to this hotel for the pool, called and ensured that it was open and functional. Ch ecked in and the pool was out of order. The coffee machine was out of order. There was puke in the parking lot. Room service was slow, if done at all. Customer service was poor. Definitely will not be back.

Very clean and safe hotel. Very helpful staff . The hotel,s restaurant was very good and I enjoyed the bar . I met a few people at the bar who actually bought my drinks . Nice manager he checked on me and asked if he could do anything for me.

We were stranded when our van broke down. They let us wait in the lobby past out check out time. They were kind and considerate.

The pillows are EXCELLANT, not flat like most hotels. Bathrooms are smaller than most. Bath and Body Works toiletries. Everything was clean and comfy, lots of food and shopping nearby. Had a delicious dinner in the hotel restaurant, tho I would not reccomend eating there if its a weekend and they are busy. They are not used to crowds on the weekend. They are geared more towards business travelers and cannot handle volune on weekend.
