The breakfast buffet was underwhelming. Not many options and no description of what the muffins or bagels were. Other than that my stay was great. Good dinner, very clean and updated rooms

Clean! Not easy to find- No Continental Breakfast- Beds so high we couldn't sit- We were tired and needed rest. Nice bar area- read the disclosures when initialing- Haha great read!
The card was charged a extra 250.00 for smoke damages that wasn’t even done in a nonsmoking rooms. The room was nice & real clean no complaints on that part. I will dispute that charged. When I called there was no manager on duty.
they were out of rooms for a family of 5 with a dog, but when we arrive they accomodate us and we got two rooms, personnel very friendly, we had x blanquets and were pet friendly during IRMA. Thank you all. God Bless you.
Love this hotel! Accommodations and ammenties were awesome! Room was cleaned while we were out of the room during the day! Staff was friendly! Very nice place to stay in a great area with lots to see and places to shop! Thank you for a pleasant trip!
