Modern rooms, comfy beds, Keurig coffee makers, beautiful lobby and the food was the very good.
Service and cleanliness are tops. Stay here often while visiting Winthrop.

Friendly Staff members like Sandy, Emma and Bartender Stacy, had a great time and definitely recommend this Hotel.
the last 2 visits were not good. the last stay was a 4 day visit with little,or no hot water. this time the beds in the room are so hard , they hurt to sleep on. only solution was to buy an air matress at Wal-Mart. apparently my room was over a monster truck shop or the kitchen , banging and slamming things until 10 pm. followed by a 5 am fire still.
RecommendedThe hotel is wonderful the room is beautiful. Had dinner in the hotel restaurant delicious. Waitress very friendly and we are really enjoying our stay
